10- This podcast -in the finals of the Podcast Secrets 2008 Challenge

In this episode of Gain Control of Your day, the companion podcast, we bring you the news that this Podcast series is in the finals of the 2008 PODCAST SECRETS CHALLENGE. This is a competitive challenge that takes place at the close of the annual Podcast Secrets course taught by Paul Colligan and Alex Mandossian.
After meeting criteria for strategy, quality, improvement and other factors, the finalists are chosen from 2 groups of applicants: (1) “Newbies” (or those who have never published a podcast before in any way, shape or form; and (2) “Veterans” - or those who have published at least one podcast in the past.
The Podcast series of Gain Control of Your Day is a finalist in the Veterans category.
The winner will be announced on 4August 2008 and all the finalists will be recognized at the Podcast Secrets Reunion on 13 August 2008 at the Harrah’s Hotel at Las Vegas. In addition, Gain Control of Your Day will also receive special recognition at the giant podcasting yearly event, the 4th annual New Media Expo at the Las Vegas Convention Center on August 14-16, 2008. We will be given dedicated time-blocks at the PremiumCast booth, in which we will be able to have special time to talk to interested parties and podcasters, as well as small business owners, about the podcast and the Personal Productivity Seminar.
